This is a dinning table made from some tongue and groove floorboards. The wood is Blackbutt. The table is 2.6m long by 1.2m wide. —– August 2022

This is what you can do with a pile of old floorboards. A friend of mine, Nick saved some 100 year old Kauri Pine floorboards during a home renovation. Nick asked me to make a pair of bedside tables out of the Kauri. I must say working with recycled wood requires a great deal of effort, but as you can see the result is well worth it. I am sure Nick would agree too.  —– May 2016
